Payment: No items will be
shipped, or production started on custom items until payment
is received in full. Payment can be made by Visa, Master
Card, Discover, American Express, Cashier's Check, Money Order, or
Personal Check. Orders paid by personal check will not ship
until the check clears. |

Sales Tax: Orders shipped to
Arkansas will have a 7% sales tax added unless a valid Arkansas Tax
Exemption Certificate is faxed or mailed to PoolManDan.com. |
Shipping: Method and route
of shipment are at our discretion and the discretion of our
manufacturers. We shall not be liable for loss or damage of
any kind resulting from delay or inability to deliver on account of
fire, labor troubles, accident, acts of civil or military
authorities, or from any other cause beyond our control. You
are responsible for checking your shipment on arrival. Any
damages or shortages should be noted and filed with the delivering
carrier. For pool kits you will be notified of the carrier
and given a tracking number when your kit is shipped. You
should make arrangements with the carrier for delivery at your
location and you are responsible for unloading the truck and
checking the shipment. Items shipped from the office of PoolManDan.com will be
shipped on Fed Ex with a transit time of 1-5 business
days. If you request another shipping method, there will
be an additional shipping fee. |

Quotes & Prices: Prices
are subject to change without notice and orders calling for future
delivery will be billed according to the price in effect at the
time of delivery. Written quotations automatically expire 30
calendar days from the date issued and are subject to termination
by notice within that period. |

Cancellation: An order placed
with PoolManDan.com cannot be
canceled after it has shipped. Orders on custom items
cannot be cancelled after production has started. |
Warranties: There are no
express warranties and no implied warranties other than
manufacturers' warranties provided with the
products. There are no other warranties made
by PoolManDan.com. |

Returns: No returns will be
accepted without prior authorization from PoolManDan.com. Call, fax, or
e-mail explaining why you want to return the item and, if the item
is returnable, we will contact you with an RGA# and shipping
instructions. Returns shall be freight pre-paid.
Shipping charges are non-refundable and a restocking fee may
also apply. |
Custom or Sized Items: All
orders for custom made or sized items, such as pool liners, covers,
etc. shall be submitted in writing, through the shopping
cart, e-mail, fax or mail. Items made to your written
specifications are not returnable if they do not fit. Contact

Final Terms: Your placing an
order with us shall constitute your assent to the conditions
and terms herein, and shall constitute your agreement that
such terms and conditions are the sole terms and conditions of the
